We try to process refunds as quickly as possible, but delays can sometimes occur.
Depending on the number of orders we have to process.

1- sallomin customer service will attempt to respond to your request within 5 working days.
2-Once we receive the package, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. In all cases, we send funds using the same original payment method.
3- The time it takes for the refund to appear in your bank account will depend on your card provider. Once we process your refund, we recommend that you contact your card provider to let them know how long it may take.
Maximum refund time is 60 days
Take into account:
We do not refund shipping costs or taxes for items you have decided you no longer need. The total refund amount will be the total of the returned item less shipping costs and taxes.

Sorry, we are currently unable to exchange one item for another. You can return your item and place a new order.



Return Policy



We're sorry you didn't like your ally's request.

-You have 7 days from the day you received it to submit your refund request.

Our customer service team will process your request within 5 business days and respond to your decision. You can then ship the item back to us.

-If customer service concludes that the problem with the item is due to the quality of workmanship, we will also refund return shipping costs.

-If the customer service team concludes that the issues with the item are due to your personal preferences (ie you need more of that item), you will need to cover return shipping as well as any taxes or other logistical costs. Any tax and logistics costs charged upon arrival will be deducted from the refund amount.





Return Conditions



-Returned items must arrive unworn or washed and in good condition. We will inspect all items shipped back to us. See below for more details:

(1)-You can try the item, but do not use or wash it. The product and all accessories must arrive in the same condition as you received it. There must be no stains or damage, and the label must remain intact.

(2)- The original packaging must be included. You can open the package, but the original structure must be intact (ie, open the package carefully, do not tear)

(3)- If you purchased an outfit, you must return all clothing items for a full refund (for example, if a dress comes with a belt, you must return the belt as well). We do not accept return of parts of the clothes in a refund request.

(4)- You must return the gifts that came with the item.

(5)- For reasons of hygiene, we cannot offer refunds on the following items, unless they are defective:

-Pajamas

-Swimwear and lingerie

If the returned items do not meet the above requirements, the seller has the right to refuse return.



ATTENTION: check that the inside of the package does not accidentally contain non-Sayembi items. We will not be responsible for shipping these items back to you.
